Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 51-year-old Caucasian male that occurred on a train station platform.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Colin Douglass.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl Intoxication

Other Significant Condition: Alcohol Effects
