Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 29-year-old Caucasian male that occurred at a residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Cody Shute.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Cocaine Toxicity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 1:11 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on September 21/22, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
