Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a three-year-old Black male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office identified the boy as Cody Neverdon.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Cardiopulmonary Arrest

Cause of Death B: Sequelae of Self-Disruption of Tracheostomy Tube

Other Significant Conditions: Premature Birth; Cerebral Palsy; Ventilator Dependence
