Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 36-year-old Hispanic female that occurred at an encampment.

The coroner’s office identified the woman as Claudia Guerrero.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Multiple Traumatic Injuries

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday night.

Sheriff’s deputies had responded to the 1100 block of West 87th Street at around 11:40 p.m. They found the decedent with injuries that appeared to be dog bites, though it is still unclear whether she had been bitten before or after passing away.
