(L.A.) Christopher Wolf, 38, Died From Drugs

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 38-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Christopher Wolf.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Acetyl Fentanyl, Fentanyl, and Heroin

Other Significant Condition: Recent Cocaine Use

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 11:19 a.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on March 6, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
