(L.A.) Christopher Ruggeri, 42, Died on a Sidewalk

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 42-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred on a sidewalk.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Christopher Ruggeri.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Toxicity

RIP CHRISTOPHER RUGGERI (May 4, 1982 – February 12, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 5:56 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on April 28, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab. This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
