Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 44-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Christopher Greenfield.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Toxicity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 3:25 a.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on April 25, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
