(L.A.) Christopher Burrous, 43, Died in a Hospital

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 43-year-old Caucasian male that occurred in a hospital.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as Christopher Burrous.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Methamphetamine Toxicity
Other Significant Condition: Hypertensive and Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease
RIP CHRISTOPHER BURROUS (January 11, 1975 – December 27, 2018)
The decedent was a KTLA television news anchor. He was found dead in a motel room on a Thursday.
Chris Burrous was found at a Days Inn in Glendale, in response to a call to authorities that a man in the room was possibly not breathing.
CPR was administered by first responders, but Burrous died after being transported to a hospital.
The incident was reported by a man who was with Burrous at the time.
The man, who appeared to have been a friend, was trying to assist Burrous when first responders arrived.
There was no indication of suicide.
Burrous had been with KTLA since 2011.
