Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 60-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Chistopher Whittles.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Acute Methamphetamine Intoxication

RIP CHISTOPHER WHITTLES (November 22, 1964 – April 12, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday at 2:16 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on June 1.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
