Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 43-year-old White/Caucasian female who passed away at her residence.
The coroner’s office identified the woman as Cheri Hartley.
Height: 5 feet 7 inches / Weight: 145 pounds
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Acute Intoxication by the Combined Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday.
The decedent had multiple arrests for drug offenses with the most recent citation by Burbank PD in July 2025. She also had arrests for forgery, grand theft and using a stolen credit card. In November 2020, she was arrested by LAPD based on an allegation of inflicting corporal injury on a spouse/cohabitant.
