Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 64-year-old Latino male that occurred in a parking lot.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Charlie Lara.

Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Heroin and Methamphetamine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 7:25 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on August 28, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
