(L.A.) Charles Warner, 38, Died at a Private Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 38-year-old Black male that occurred at a private residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Charles Warner.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl Toxicity

Other Significant Conditions: Cocaine, Methamphetamine, and Alcohol Effects

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 7:22 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on July 23, presumably after the results of tox screening came back.
