Los Angeles County is reporting the death of an 86-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Charles Nace.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Cardiac Arrest

Cause of Death B: Ventricular Tachycardia

Cause of Death C: Systolic Heart Failure

Cause of Death D: Cardiomyopathy

Other Significant Conditions: Hip Fracture, Arteriosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease, Hypertension,Osteoarthritis
