(L.A.) Charles Jenkins, 51, Died on the 14 Fwy

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 51-year-old Black male that occurred on the Antelope Valley Freeway.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Charles Jenkins.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Traumatic Injuries

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday.

The incident happened at around 12:54 a.m. in the Palmdale area.

CHP responded to the northbound Antelope Valley Freeway and the Pearblossom Highway exit, where at least two vehicles had collided.
