Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 43-year-old Caucasian male that occurred in a hotel/motel.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Chad Rowedder of Agoura Hills, California.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Dilated Cardiomyopathy

Other Significant Conditions: Obesity, Effects of Oxycodone and Alcohol, Recent Cocaine Use, History of Hypertension
