(L.A.) Chad Condelario, 44, Died on a Sidewalk

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 44-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred on a sidewalk.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as Chad Condelario.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Intoxication
RIP CHAD CONDELARIO (June 19, 1978 – May 3, 2023)
Formal pronouncement of death was on Wednesday at 9:35 p.m.
The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on March 20, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.

Hello Debbie, my name is Paul. I didn’t know your son well but I want you to know that fentanyl overdose is out of the question. He was a daily fentanyl user and fentanyl users don’t die of overdoses no matter how much they ingest. I would follow up with the coroner’s office or whomever is appropriate
