The coroner’s office has identified the man as Cesar Franco.

Manner of Death: Undetermined

Cause of Death: Remote Cerebral Trauma, Risperidone Use, and Other Undetermined Factors

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 1:22 p.m.

The medical examiner was unable to decide as to whether this was a natural, accidental, suicidal or homicidal death.
