Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 99-year-old Hispanic female that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Celedonia Casillas.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Sequelae of Traumatic Brain Injury, Clinical

Cause of Death B: Fall

Other Significant Condition: Aortic Stenosis
