The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Cecilia Sandoval.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Sepsis

Cause of Death B: Pneumococcal Pneumonia

Cause of Death C: Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome

Other Significant Condition: Methamphetamine Effects
