The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Carolyn Hurston.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Non-Traumatic Intracerebral Hemorrhage

Cause of Death B: Effects of Cocaine Use

Other Significant Conditions: Generalized Atherosclerosis; Glycosuria

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
