(L.A.) Carlos Padilla, 59, Died in a Parking Lot

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 59-year-old Hispanic male that occurred in a parking lot.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as Carlos Padilla.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Fentanyl, Acetyl Fentanyl, Methadone, and Methamphetamine Toxicity
RIP CARLOS PADILLA (October 5, 1963 – July 10, 2023)
Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 10:40 a.m.
The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on March 20, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
