Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 47-year-old Hispanic male that occurred at an underpass.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Carlos Montanez.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Methamphetamine Intoxication

Other Significant Conditions: Hypertension; Liver Cirrhosis
