(L.A.) Carlos Meza, 48, Died on a Sidewalk

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 48-year-old Latino male that occurred on a sidewalk.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Carlos Meza.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Alcohol, Methamphetamine and Fentanyl

RIP CARLOS MEZA (July 7, 1975 – October 17, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 6:46 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on November 30, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
