Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 63-year-old Latino male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Carlos Hernandez.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Blunt-Force Traumatic Leg Injury

Other Significant Condition: History of Prostate Carcinoma
