Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 28-year-old Black male that occurred on a train station platform.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Carlo McIntosh.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Diazepam, Fentanyl, and Methamphetamine
