(L.A.) Carlee Williams, 28, Died in a Yard

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 28-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred in a yard.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Carlee Williams.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl, Carfentanil, and Methamphetamine Toxicity

RIP CARLEE WILLIAMS (January 16, 1996 – September 4, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 1:42 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published in early January, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab. This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
