The coroner’s office has identified the man as Carl Veneracion.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Anoxic Encephalopathy

Cause of Death B: Status Post Multiple Cardiopulmonary Arrests and Resuscitation

Cause of Death C: History of Choking on Food

Other Significant Conditions: Hypertension, Diabetes Mellitus Type 2, Chronic Kidney Disease
