Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 30-year-old Caucasian male that occurred in a sober living facility.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Cameron Creedon.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Probable Drowning

Cause of Death B: Effects of Diazepam, Fentanyl, and Methamphetamine
