(L.A.) Byron Top Puluc, 30, Died in Westlake

Case Number: 2025-13099

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 30-year-old Latino male that occurred at MacArthur Park.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Byron Top Puluc.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl, Cocaine, Methamphetamine, Ethanol Toxicity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday.

The decedent was found lifeless on the eastern side of the park, by Wilshire & Alvarado. His body was found alongside another deceased individual, Vicente Chavez Fajardo.
