Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 50-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred in a tent.

The coroner’s office has identified the individual as Bryan Cook.

Born in L.A. County. Mother’s maiden name is Bishop.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Toxicity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 10:53 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on December 6, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
