The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Briana Sarria Ballesteros =and listed her race/ethnicity as Hispanic + Black.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death A: Acute Cardiac Dysfunction
Cause of Death B: Hypertensive Cardiovascular Disease
Other Significant Condition: Methamphetamine Effects

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 12:45 a.m.
The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on April 2, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drug. This is considered an accidental overdose.
