Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 25-year-old male of Latin American ethnicity that occurred on a patio.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as Brian Chevez.
Manner of Death: Homicide
Cause of Death: Multiple Gunshot Wounds

A man and a 16-year-old boy were found shot to death Saturday morning near a pool at a Newhall apartment complex.
Authorities responded shortly before 11 a.m. to a shooting at the Village Apartment Homes at 23700 Valle del Oro, just north of Newhall Avenue.
Both victims suffered gunshot wounds to their upper bodies and were pronounced dead at the location.
Witnesses saw a man reach over the pool fence and fire shots before running toward the apartment complex parking lot.
