(L.A.) Brendan Wilkins, 37, Died From Fentanyl Use

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 37-year-old Black male that occurred on a sidewalk.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Brendan Wilkins.

RIP BRENDAN WILKINS (September 29, 1987 – October 9, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 8:57 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on February 8, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
