(L.A.) Bradley Rockwell, 59, Died in Assisted Living

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 59-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at an assisted living facility.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Bradley Rockwell.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on August 5, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
