Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 35-year-old Black male in a rehabilitation center.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Blaine Chaudoir.

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 10:50 a.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on April 22, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drug.
