Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 74-year-old Caucasian male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Billy Griggs.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Sequelae of Hemothorax

Cause of Death B: Puncture of Intercostal Artery During Thoracentesis for Pleural Effusion

Cause of Death C: Congestive Heart Failure

Cause of Death D: Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease
