Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 32-year-old male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Barrett Clutts.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Acute Intoxication by the Combined Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday.

At some point, the government investigator changed the decedent’s listed race/ethnicity from White+Hispanic to simply White.
