Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a female.

The coroner’s office identified the individual as Baby Girl Urias.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Intrauterine Fetal Demise

Other Significant Condition: Effects of Methamphetamine and Fentanyl

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 1:12 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on November 25, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive from the lab.

Intrauterine fetal demise is the medical term for a stillbirth. This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, overdose. The child’s mother appears to have been abusing drugs while pregnant.
