RIP BABY GIRL MERINO (April 2, 2025 – April 2, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 12:12 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on June 19, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab. This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.

Intrauterine fetal demise is the medical term for a stillbirth. The decedent’s mother was abusing meth while pregnant.
