Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 62-year-old male that occurred in a parking lot.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Avak Sahagian.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Toxicity

Other Significant Condition: Hypertensive and Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease
