Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 48-year-old Latino male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Armando Arnenta Ramirez.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Acute Ethanol Intoxication

Other Significant Conditions: Cardiomegaly, Mild Left Ventricular Hypertrophy, Chronic Alcohol Use

This was a case of acute alcohol poisoning. The decedent drank too much over a short period of time.
