Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 45-year-old Black male that occurred in a laundry room.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as Ardis Hearns.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl, Fluorofentanyl, Methamphetamine, and Phencyclidine

On January 24, the ME-Coroner’s office corrected the decedent’s surname from Herns to Hears.
