Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 39-year-old Hispanic female that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office identified the woman as Araceli Gutierrez.

Cause of Death A: Cerebral Stroke

Cause of Death B: Parieto-Occipital Intraparenchymal Hemorrhage

Cause of Death C: Effects of Amphetamine and Phencyclidine
