The coroner’s office identified the man as Anthony Reynolds.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Methamphetamine Intoxication

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 9:15 p.m.

Local government authorities had the decedent’s body cremated on October 23.
