Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 63-year-old Latino male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Anthony Negrete.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Acute Combined Drug Intoxication

Cause of Death B: Phencyclidine and Heroin Use

Other Significant Conditions: Hypertensive and Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease;
Obesity; Chronic Neurocognitive Deficits Following Prior Brain Infection and Surgery
