(L.A.) Anthony Morales, 52, Died From a Fentanyl OD

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 52-year-old Latino male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Anthony Morales.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl Intoxication

Other Significant Condition: Hypertension

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 5:30 p.m.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
