Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 36-year-old Latino male.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Anthony Macias.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Toxicity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 7:55 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on February 25, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.

Note that there are multiple decedents named “Anthony Macias” in public records.
