(L.A.) Anthony Jackson, 35, Died at a Bar

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 35-year-old male that occurred at a bar in Hawthorne.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Anthony Jackson and listed his race/ethnicity as Latino + Black.

Manner of Death: Homicide

Cause of Death: Penetraing Gunshot Wound of Neck

RIP ANTHONY JACKSON JR. (1989 / 1990 – October 12, 2025)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday.

LASD said the shooting happened at around 7:00 p.m. in the 13700 block of South Inglewood Avenue in Hawthorne.

Daniel Michael Dennis, 43, was arrested for this crime.
