(L.A.) Anthony Cordova, 49, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 49-year-old Latino male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Anthony Cordova.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Cocaine, Fentanyl, Heroin, Hydrocodone and Lorazepam

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday morning.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, polydrug overdose.
