The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Annette De Leonard.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Intracranial Hemorrhage

Cause of Death B: Blunt Head Trauma

Other Significant Conditions: Chronic Kidney Disease, Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease
